Refund policy

Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • The hair must have the security bands intact on each bundle

  • The product must remain unused and uninstalled

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Pre-Order Policy

All pre-order items are custom-made and produced specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Because these products are made to order, pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun. This is in accordance with EU consumer regulations regarding customized or made-to-order goods.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order becomes binding once production has started.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used or installed hair

  • Altered items (including hair that has been washed, dyed, cut, or styled)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for all returns

Hair Luxx is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Items must remain unused and in their original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.

If the claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
