All orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may vary depending on the hair collection selected.
Our Raw Hair Collection may require additional processing time as these bundles are not mass-produced and are carefully sourced from single donors.
To maintain the highest standards, every bundle undergoes strict quality control inspections upon arrival from our supplier to ensure consistency, integrity, and premium quality before dispatch.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Estimated Delivery Time:
5 –14 business days depending on location and shipping carrier. Typically:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other logistical issues.
Hair Luxx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Hair Luxx is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over 5000 NOK within Norway.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to a third-party carrier (such as Posten, PostNord, FedEx, or other delivery providers), the package is no longer under our control.
Hair Luxx is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and may vary.
Delivered Packages
When a package is marked as delivered or picked up by the carrier through the tracking system, Hair Luxx is no longer liable for the package.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered but later reported as missing or stolen.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.
Hair Luxx is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or for tracking emails that cannot be located due to user error. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package appears lost or undelivered, we will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier as a courtesy.
However, please note:
